He immigrated in 1903 and became a naturalized citizen of the United States in 1917.
In 1920 he and his family lived in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
His father, Joseph Wysocki, lived with them. Joseph was born in about 1866 in Russia and immigrated in 1913; he was a laborer in a paint works in 1920.
In 1930 and 1940 Frank and his family lived in Avon, Lorain County, Ohio.
