The Chronicle Telegram reported that Mr. and Mrs. George Sherman’s son was born on August 1, 1932.
He played football at John Carroll University.
He was co-counsel with F. Lee Bailey in the second Sam Sheppard trial in 1966 that resulted in Sheppard’s acquittal.
At the time of his death he had 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He resided in Elyria, Lorain County, Ohio and died in a hospital in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
