Rich O’Keefe had Norman dying the same day he was born and buried in St. Peter’s Cemetery in North Ridgeville, Lorain County, Ohio on November 11, 1909. The 1910 federal census includes him as Norman B., seven months old, at the time of the census in April 1910. The findagrave site gives September 11, 1909 as his date of death but the Ohio, Deaths list gives September 11, 1911 as the date of death.
