Notes for Apollonia Kieselbach
Source: Records of St. Martin and St. Severus Catholic Church in Muenstermaifeld.
Her baptismal sponsors were Nikolaus Simonis and Apollonia, the widow of Andreas Kolckman of Koblenz.
She was a baptismal sponsor in 1699 for Johann Heinrich, the son of Johann Anton Kieselbach and Elisabeth Sevenich of Muenstermaifeld; in 1709 for Johann Joseph, the son of Heinrich Quirin Claas and her husband’s sister Elisabeth Lentz of Muenstermaifeld; in 1718 for Apollonia, the daughter of Paul Loehr and Anna Maria Schaden of Muenstermaifeld; and in 1725 for Apollonia, the daughter of Philipp Sebastian and Anna Kieselbach of Muenstermaifeld.
Notes for Jodocus (Spouse 1)
Source: Records of St. Martin and St. Severus Catholic Church in Muenstermaifeld.
The child’s name was missing from the baptismal record. The baptismal sponsors were Jodocus Einig, villicus (manager) in Hof Feils, Metternich, and Barbara .... There were no women named Barbara Lentz of the appropriate age who were in the later records. However the Jodocus Lentz who married Apollonia Kieselbach was of the appropriate age; thus he was identified as the child who was born in 1683 to Michael Lentz and (Maria) Anna Oebrehe.
He was a baptismal sponsor in 1717 for Amalia Eva, the daughter of Johann Sebastian and Maria Magdalene Bragaria of Muenstermaifeld, and in 1719 for Jodocus, the son of his first cousin Christian Lentz and Anna Katharine Surlage of Muenstermaifeld.
