Her baptismal sponsors were Peter Ackermann of Pillig, [possibly her mother’s uncle], and Gertrud Mohr of Mertloch, [possibly the daughter of Jost Mohr and Maria Esch].
She was a baptismal sponsor in 1693 for Gertrud, the daughter of Leonard Ackermann and Maria Maur of Sevenich. Leonard Ackermann’s first wife was Margarete Sevenich, Gertrud’s aunt. She was also a baptismal sponsor in 1705 for Maria Gertrud, the daughter of Johann Puelicher and Anna Maria Ackermann of Muenstermaifeld. Anna Maria Ackermann was Gertrud’s first cousin, both being the grandchildren of Johann Anton Sevenich and Katharine Muench. She also was Anna Maria’s first cousin once removed: Anton Ackermann and Clara Sevenich were Anna Maria’s grandparents and Gertrud’s great-grandparents.
