Her baptismal sponsors were her uncle Matthias Gilles of Landkern and Gertrud Ebertz of Greimersburg. Gertrud Ebertz was either the daughter of Christian Ebertz and Anna Maria Castor (the child’s great aunt) of Greimersburg who was born in 1732, or, more likely, Gertrud Thoennes of Kail, the third wife of Johann Ebertz who was the son of Christian Ebertz and Anna Maria Castor.
