Johann Anton’s baptismal sponsors were Johann Anton Weber of Superiori Muhl and Christine Muennich of Illerich. Christine may have been the daughter of Johann Muennich and Katharine Schmitt who was born in 1700 and married Johann Puenger in 1730.
Johann Anton was a baptismal sponsor in 1750 for Johann Anton Heucher, son of Matthias Heucher and Gertrud Knoeper of Landkern.
Johann Anton’s family lived in Illerich and then in Greimersburg. One of their children died in June of 1738, two on Aug. 30, 1746, one in December 1747, and one on March 14, 1756.
