In 1900 when she married George Botamer she lived in Elyria, Lorain County, Ohio. In 1903 she lived in Elyria. Her name in the city directory was Mrs. Fern E. Botamer. The 1910 census reported that she had had one child and that child was living.
In 1928 she lived with her son Edward in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan.
When she was divorced by her husband in 1931, her name was “Edna Fern Morse Botamer Bonenfant.” The 1940 census reported that she was a widow.

In 1928 Fern Botamer and her son Edward E. were listed in the Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan City Directory. Fern was listed as the widow of George Botamer.

In 1900 he lived with his parents and two of his siblings in North Ridgeville, Lorain County, Ohio. In 1910 Urban lived with his wife Edna F. near his parents in North Ridgeville. They lived with his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Levi and Hazel B. Morse. “Urban H. Detrich” was enumerated in the 1920 census in Akron, Summit County, Ohio. He was divorced and a lodger with the Steven and Flora McGee family, working as a machinist with a rubber works. In 1930 he lived as a lodger in Elyria, Lorain County. In 1942 he lived in Carlisle, Lorain County and worked for Mrs. Paul Roling of La Grange, Lorain County.

His parents were John Bonenfant and Caroline Caroveau. However in 1900 the census for Grand Rapids City, Kent County, Michigan reported that he and Joseph Bonenfant who was born in July of 1887 were orphans living in St. John’s Orphan Asylum.
In 1930 he and his wife Edna lived in Oakland, Alameda County, California. In 1935 and 1940 he and his wife Anna lived in Lowell Village, Kent County, Michigan.
He resided in Weare, Oceana County, Michigan and died in Hart, Oceana County.
